1Call4 Group wouldn’t be an industry leader without its successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales specialist to sell our audio-visual solutions under the B16 AV brand that help improve, simplify and digitalise business throughout the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of audio-visual hardware, and related software – creating solutions for both singular sites through to multi-store or business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and meeting clients face to face, the sales specialist must be both approachable and professional in order to help us extend our reach and impact.
Objectives & Responsibilities of this role
Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
Maximize sales performance by establishing strong client relationships and gaining insight into their needs
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
Generate leads by committing to customer service and building relationships
Adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
Conduct incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can address them
Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book and developing an active, repeat customer base
Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics
Work with account executives to design industry-specific outreach efforts
Utilise CRM (Freshsales) tools to ensure standard processes throughout all sales stages
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
Required skills and qualifications
Two to five years of sales experience, preferably in capital equipment or leasing but not essential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience closing board-level deals
Ability to analyse business opportunities and assess situations effectively
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
Clean Full UK driving License
Access to own vehicle

£20,000- £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission, (Realistic Year 1 OTE 30,000 - £45,000)
